Brandon was born and raised in a small town in southern Illinois. He later moved to the suburbs during high school. Brandon was first introduced to coding after watching The Matrix and Hackers. He took his first programming course in high school, but it was a few years before he returned to coding, slowly dabbling throughout the years. He finally enrolled in a coding bootcamp, which sparked a fire and motivated him to pursue a career in web development. As a frontend engineer, Brandon is motivated by making meaningful and impactful websites.
Brandon loves music, especially hip-hop, pop, and R&B. Beyoncé is his queen. Some of his other favorite artists are FKA Twigs and the Weeknd. He is also a big fan of all genres of anime and is an avid gamer. In his free time, he also likes to hike his local trails and read sci-fi, fantasy, and mystery books.
